The Benidorm Chess Open will be played entirely in the halls of the HOTEL MELIÁ BENIDORM.
In order to participate in the competition, all players must be staying at the hotel and must make a reservation through the BOOK ROOM link.
Exception to this rule for players federated in FACV and residents of the Valencian Community.
WHEN MAKING A ROOM RESERVATION A CARD NUMBER WILL BE REQUESTED, BUT THE COST WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE TOURNAMENT.
RESERVATIONS MADE BEFORE JULY 31 WILL GET A 15% DISCOUNT.
IF THE RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL IS MADE THROUGH ANOTHER CHANNEL, THE ORGANIZATION WILL NOT REGISTER THE PLAYER IN THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS AND THE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE PARTICIPANT WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL EXPENSES INCURRED. CONTACT THE ORGANIZATION TO AVOID MISTAKES.
